James “Beak” Hornbeak Jr., 68, of Benton, formerly of Paducah, passed away at his residence at 1:22 pm on Thursday, June 25, 2015.
He had been employed in the maintenance department of Paxton Park and was a United States Air Force Veteran.
He is survived by his two daughters, Tracey Canfield of Dover, TN, Michelle Jackson and husband Joe of Paducah; three brothers, Richard Hornbeak of Hopkinsville, Gary Hornbeak of Morganfield, Phillip Hornbeak of Paducah; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Roberts Hornbeak; his son, Richard Wayne Hornbeak; and his parents, James Hornbeak and Mildred Johnson Hornbeak.
Funeral services for James will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June, 30, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Michael Charles Ajigo Abiero officiating. Burial will follow at Fooks Cemetery.
Visitation for James will be 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Monday, June 29, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
