Gerald "Jerry" Thomas Madajczyk, age 77, formerly of Griffith, Indiana. He was a resident of Aurora, Kentucky for 47 years, passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019.
Survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary Madajczyk; two daughters, Cheryl Bohannon, husband Rodney of Murray, Kentucky and Ann Martin, husband Kerry of Benton, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Kelsey Martin, Caden Bohannon and Kannin Martin; one sister, Marianne Brandy of Inkster, Michigan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Regina Madajczyk, brothers, Edwin and John Madajczyk.
Mr. Madajczyk was a member of Saint Henry Catholic Church of Aurora, Kentucky and retired from the Carpenters Local Union #357.
Upon Jerry's request there will be no visitation or funeral service held at this time.
