Emma Byers Hodge, age 92, of Benton, Kentucky passed away at 8:34 am on Saturday February 14, 2015, at Calvert City Convalescent Center.

Mrs. Hodge was a housewife who loved to shop and a member of Northside Baptist Church in Mayfield, Kentucky.

Mrs. Hodge is survived by five daughters, Madonna Bundren and husband George of Paducah, KY, Kasandra Hodges and husband Monte of Benton, KY, Bunny Thompson and husband Russell of Paducah, KY, Cindy Reeves and husband Randy of Benton, KY, and Sarah McIntosh and husband Barry of Sharpe, KY; one son, William “Butch” Walden Jr. and wife Lisa of Paducah, KY; one step-daughter, Ailene Hodge Greene and husband Ron of Murray, KY; three step sons, John Hodge and wife Lynne of TN, Keith Hodge and wife Bonnie of Paducah, KY, and Mike Hodge and wife Dianne of Murray, KY; one sister, Imogene Shepherd and deceased husband Shep of West Paducah, KY; ten grandchildren, Laura Davis, Glenn Walden and wife Becky, Ginger Binkley and husband Tim, Ed Bundren and wife Crissy, Stephanie Courtney and husband Thomas, Justin Hodges and wife Johnna, Raygan Thompson, Brandy Willie and husband David, Logan McIntosh and Casey McIntosh; ten great grandchildren; many step grandchildren and step great grandchildren; her caregivers Evelyn Hercula and Brenda Holder.

She was preceded in death by her first husband William Walden Sr., second husband Bernard Ray Cunningham, third husband Leslie Youngblood, and fourth husband Rev. George “Buck” Hodge; six children; step son, Ray Cunningham Jr.; her parents Otis Byers and Bobbie Travis Byers; one brother, Billy Gene Byers.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. Monte Hodges and Bro. Brian Hodge officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery in Paducah, KY.  Visitation will be from 10:00am until the service time of 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
