Mrs. Donna Faye McKendree, age 85, of Benton, KY passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at her home.
Born Saturday, May 7, 1932 in Gum Springs, KY, she was the daughter of the late Pat Virgil Walton and the late Isabel (McKenny) Walton. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and lived life to the fullest.
She is survived by two sons, Mark McKendree wife Connie of Benton, KY, Barry McKendree of Benton, KY; seven grandchildren; Brandy Roberts, husband Eric of Paducah, KY, Nicole Riddle, husband Todd of Cornelius, NC, Rebecca Long, husband Timmy of Benton, KY, Sarah Young, husband Nathan of Benton, KY, Barry McKendree, Jr. of Benton, KY, Brittany McKendree of Benton, KY, Markea McKendree of Benton, KY; and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 44 years, Arvil "Red" McKendree, daughter, Cathy Massey, two brothers and five sisters.
A funeral service will be at 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Collier Funeral Home in Benton, KY. Interment will follow in Birmingham Cemetery, Benton, KY.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until the service time of 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 2, 2017, at Collier Funeral Home.
