Mr. Connor Joseph Jung, age 24 of Benton, KY passed away Sunday, October 8, 2017, from injuries sustained in a vehicle accident on Hwy 68 East at Jonathan Creek.
Born Tuesday, October 20, 1992 in Saint Peters, MO, he was the son of the late Joseph Michael Jung, he was a graduate of Marshall County High School in 2011, attended Murray State University and WKCTC. He was a member of Riverwoods Church in Benton, KY.
Surviving are his mother, Dianna Lynn Wilson and step-father, Mike Lutz of Benton, KY, Fiancée, Emily Gish of Benton, KY, brother, Josh Morris, wife Morganne of Murray, KY, grandparents, Paul and Betty Rose (Wicker) Johnson of Benton, KY, uncle, Jay Johnson of O’Fallon, MO, niece, Mavis Morris of Murray, KY, nephew, Gauge Morris of Benton, KY, special friends; Chris Wilson, J.D. Booker, Austin Dunn, the Possum Trot Posse and many other friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 12, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Rev. Bob Norvel will officiate. Interment will follow in the Union Ridge Cemetery, Aurora, KY.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
