Betty Neamon, 77 of Benton, Kentucky died on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. She was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Born Thursday, April 29, 1937 in Strykersvile, New York, she was the daughter of the late Millard Stroh and the late Isabelle (Shellman) Stroh.
Surviving are her husband, Raymond E. Neamon of Benton, KY; son, Jody Ray Neamon, wife Mary of Brazil, TN, daughters, Dawn Fay Enochs, husband Lester of Terre Haute, IN and Lisa May Wilson, husband Donald of Almo, KY, sisters, Marie Holmes of Pavillion, NY, Donna Cromwell of Lake City, FL and Shirley Morris of Chaeffee, NY; 6 grandchildren, Paul Pula of Clinton, IN, Eric Pula and Cassandra Enochs of Terre Haute, IN, Matthew and Jessica Neamon of Louisville, KY, Chelsey Neamon of Brazil, IN; and 5 great grandchildren, Austin, Brodon, and Arissa Pula, and Madison and Kinley Heaton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, David Stroh and 1 grandchild, Samantha Renee Linn.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Friday, October 17, 2014 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, Kentucky 42025 with Rev. Wendall Ordway officiating.
Interment will follow in Haltom Cemetery, Benton, KY.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at Collier Funeral Home.
