Mr. Loynal Ray Maxfield, 65, of Mayfield, KY, formerly of Livingston County, passed away on November 26, 2016 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY.
He is survived by two sister, Deborah McDowell of Ledbetter, KY and Frances Arlene Mazo of Ledbetter, KY; uncle, Troy Swinford of Ledbetter, KY; aunt, Loretta Blankenship of Metropolis, IL; three nieces; two nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William Carmen Maxfield and Helen Swinford, Maxfield.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 1, 2016 in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremations Services with Rev. Mike Grimes officiating. Burial will follow in Hampton Cemetery.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 30, 2016 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services in Salem KY.
