Lela Mayhugh, 71, of Eddyville passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Princeton Health and Rehab.
Mrs. Mayhugh was a member of the Full Gospel Church and loved spreading the Word of God.
Surviving is her husband, James Mayhugh of Eddyville; three sons, John Wagner of Oregon, Billy Williams of Paducah, Justin Mayhugh of Ledbetter; four daughters, Kimberly Waters of Texas, Tracy Mayhugh of Barlow, Jamie Mayhugh of Florida, Mary Ann Mayhugh of Smithland; four brothers, L.C. Upton, James Upton, John Henry Upton, Pete Upton all of California; two sisters, Jamie Lee, and Mae Curt both of Arkansas; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Upton and Jim Upton; two sisters, Melonie Upton and Betty Ann Jones. Her parents were John Upton and Dolly Yandell Upton.
Funeral services will be at 12:00pm on Monday, January 2, 2017 at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. James Mayhugh officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ledbetter.
