Born Friday, October 7, 1949 in Wichita, KS, she was the daughter of the late Edwin Jewel Waldrop and Gladys Marie (Holland) Waldrop of Calvert City, KY. She was the wife of the late George Sinclair.
She was a retired Medical Assistant for Dr. Kyle Turnbo, a homemaker and a mother to her daughters, stepdaughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren, she was also a member of Sharpe Baptist Church.
Surviving are daughters, Lisa (Doug) McCoy of Benton, KY, Michelle (Jeffery Moyers) Goslin of Calvert City, KY and Jennifer (Pete) Miller of Fairdealing, KY; step-daughters, Regan (Danny) Newby of Benton, KY and Shea Anne (Paul) Harris of Orlando, FL; brothers, Victor (Pam) Waldrop of Calvert City, KY and Kelly (Victoria) Waldrop of Camp Lejeune, NC; sister, Cindy Hurley of Burna, KY; grandchildren, Devan (Blake) Hodges, Dalton (Sami) McCoy, Abbey Goslin, John Goslin III, Austin Gipson, Jacob Russell, Jonathan Russell, Chance Miller, Maddie Miller, Abby Miller, Taylor Myrick, Derek Harris and Shawn Harris; great grandchildren, Tatum Hodges, Alliyah Nicole Gipson, Caimbry Miller.
She was preceded in death by her father and her husband, George Sinclair.
In compliance with the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the CDC's health and public safety directives, the funeral services for Mrs. Teresa "Carol" Sinclair will be private with burial in the Wallace Cemetery. Mrs. Sinclair's service will be available to be streamed at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 24, 2020 and will also be available at a later time from a link posted at www.collierfuneralhome.com.
