Mrs. Sarah Monique Bloodworth, age 24 of Smithland, KY, formerly of Garden Grove, CA, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, KY. She worked for Knotts Berry Farm in Buena Park CA, was a member of Friendship Baptist Church in Smithland and Heritage Christian Fellowship Church in California.
Surviving are her husband, Hunter Bloodworth of Smithland, KY, mother, Betty Ann Gallegos of Paducah, KY, brother, Marcus Gallegos of Paducah, KY, mother and father-in-law, Creston and Kimberly Bloodworth of Smithland, KY, and uncles, Richard Gallegos of CA, Emmanuel Gallegos of CA.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Villa.
A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025 with Rev. Brad Henson officiating.
Interment will follow in the Miller Cemetery, Smithland, KY.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY.
