Robert A. Pergande Jr., 63, of Metropolis passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at his residence with his family by his side.
Robert was a retired lineman from the City of Metropolis and a member of Mt. Pleasant Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing with this son, Todd and model airplanes.
Surviving is his wife of 27 years, Tammy Pergande of Metropolis; three stepchildren, Rickey (Trina) Martin, Amanda (Shannon) Burgess, Brittany (Nathan) Smith; four children, Todd (Lacey) Pergande, Robert, Rebecca, Christopher Pengande; six grandchildren; half-brother, Harvey Parker; special friend, Mike (Tawana) Balderas; and several cousins and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert A. Pergande Sr. and Betty J. Reed Pergande; one nephew, Burt Parker; and several aunts and uncles.
He will be cremated, and no services will be held per his wishes.
