Lester Hall, 90, of Burna, KY died Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Salem Springlake Care Center in Salem, KY.
Mr. Hall was a contractor and carpenter. He was a member of the US Navy during WWII and on the Underwater Demolition Team.
He is survived by his wife, Mona Rae Alsobrook Hall of Burna, KY; four sons, Michael Hall of Owensboro, KY, Guy Hall of Newburgh, IN, Mark Hall of Ledbetter, KY, and David Hall of Grand Rivers, KY; one daughter, Donna Curtis of Buena Vista, CO; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Truman Hall and Alma Fletcher Hall; and three brothers.
Lindsey Funeral Home is handling the cremation. Per Mr. Halls wishes, there will be no funeral services.
