He is survived by his mother, Donna Phan of Paducah. Three brothers; Will Estes of Grand Rivers; Charlie Phan of West Paducah; Julian Phan of Paducah. Two sisters; BellaDonna Cole of Paducah; Jasmine Phan of Cape Corral, FL. One Niece and seven nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Vien Phan.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday March 6th at Lindsey Funeral Home with the Rev. Paul Ballew officiating. Entombment to follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
