James Irvin Cobb, 57, of Ledbetter, died Monday morning, August 10, 2015 at Oakview Nursing Home of Calvert City.
James was self-employed as owner and operator of Cobb Custom Hitches. He was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara of Ledbetter; his mother, Patricia Mooney of Bellingham, Wa.; his other mom, Patricia “Bobo” Russell of Ledbetter; five sisters, Mary Blummer of Florida, Phyllis Gazetti of Dallas, Tx., Louretta Wall of N.C., Nelda Williams of Ledbetter, and Jeanette Cooper of Ledbetter; one brother, Mitch Mooney of Dallas, Tx.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his dad, James Rudell Cobb; and one sister, Evelyn Hollowell.
Friends may visit the family on Friday August 14th, 2015 from 11am till 2pm at Lindsey Funeral Home of Paducah. Funeral service will follow at 2pm at Lindsey’s with Topper Council officiating. Burial will follow at Fooks Cemetery in Possum Trot.
