Robert Moses McClure

Mr. Robert Moses McClure, age 92 of Clinton passed away 3:14 PM Saturday, July 23, 2016 at the Clinton-Hickman County ICF Nursing Home.  He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Linton, IN, WWII and Korean War Army Veteran, worked as a Security Guard at a Federal Building in Crane, IN, went to the State Police Academy, was a county deputy in Plainville, IN and served on city Council Board.  He is survived by his Daughter, Marsha Cotter of Crossville, TN; Son, Donald Ray McClure of Brandenburg, KY; 2 Brothers, Wesley Lee McClure of Union City, TN and Franklin D McClure of Fulgham, KY; 3 Sisters, Alpha Mae Tate of Fulgham, Betty Eleanor Breedlove of Wingo, KY and Louise Henley of Columbus, KY; 3 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his Wife Betty Lou Padgett McClure; Parents, Linnie Wesley and Lou Annie Bradley McClure; 3 Sisters and 3 Brothers.  Visitation for Robert McClure will be held 4-8 PM Wednesday, July 27 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton.  Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Saturday, July 30, 2016 at Welch-Cornett Funeral Home in Linton, IN.  Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
