Major E Crume

Mr. Major E. “Bear”  Crume, Jr age 84 of Clinton passed away 7:05 AM Thursday, February 15, 2018 at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.  He was a former Truck Driver for Henry Edwards Trucking, a security guard at Excel and attended Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his Son, James Crume of Louisville, KY; Daughter, Sheila Mason of Mayfield, KY; 3 Sisters, Jessie Debose and Dorothy Estes both of Clinton and Clarissa Manson of Chicago; Brother, Edgar Crume; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  He is Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Crume and Parents, Major E. Crume, Sr and Mary Lorene Seay Crume.  Funeral service will be held 11 AM Monday, February 19, 2018 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. Tony Johnson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.  Friends may call after 10 AM on Monday at the Brown Funeral Home.
