Mr. Jerry Moss Berry, SR, age 93 of Clinton, passed away 10:40 PM Thursday, May 11, 2017 at his residence. He was a member of Clinton First United Methodist Church, a WWII Army Veteran and Owner and Operator of Berry-Whitford Livestock and Independent Rendering Company. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Rose Fulghum Berry of Clinton; Daughter, Libby Berry (Reece) Lester of Dalton, GA; Son, Jerry M. Berry, JR of Clinton; Son, Richard M (Stacie) Berry of Mayfield; Daughter, Melissa B. (Brian) Gentry of Greenbrier, TN; Step-daughter, Linda Ernst of Dyersburg, TN; 2 Step-Sons, Richard (Susan) Dycus, JR of Cynthiana, KY and Robert Dycus of Lexington, KY; 15 Grandchildren and 16 Great Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Brown and Elizabeth Spicer Berry; 1st wife, Marjorie Moore Berry; Infant Son; Michael Franklin Berry; daughter, Mary Lynn Berry; Brother, James Spicer “Jimmy” Berry and Sister, Mary Sue McKendree.
