Jerry Lee Mayfield

Mr. Jerry Lee Mayfield, age 58 of Jackson Chapel Community passed away 9:30 AM June 15, 2016 at his residence.  He was a member of Jackson Chapel Church and a former deputy jailer.  He is survived by his Son, Brian Mayfield of Fulton; Daughter, Elizabeth Phillips of Union City, TN; 3 Grandchildren, Andrew and Mason Phillips both of Union City, TN and McKenzie Beasley of Fulton, KY; Bro, Billy Mayfield of Fulton; and Sister, Carol Atkinson of East Prairie, MO.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Harold and Fair Mae Davis Mayfield and 1 Brother, Fred Mayfield. Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Friday, June 17, 2016 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. Bobby Barnett officiating.  Burial will follow in the East View Cemetery in Union City, TN.  Friends may call after 11 AM on Friday at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton.
