Dorothy Vernell Hoskins

Mrs. Dorothy V. Scott Hoskins, age 84 of Clinton passed away 10:24 AM Sunday, September 4, 2016 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center.  She was a faithful Christian and member of the Clinton Second Baptist Church and a retired bookkeeper.  She is survived by her husband, Thomas Hoskins of Clinton; 2 daughters, Regena (David) Force of Memphis, TN and Rose Maricle of Olive Branch, MS; 2 Grandchildren, Alena Force of Olive Branch, MS and John Force of Memphis, TN; 1 Great Grandson, Trey Meucci of CA and Sister, Margie Dale Kessler of Mississippi.  She is preceded in death by her parents, John Douglas and Madge Dora Gentry Scott; 3 Brothers and 5 Sisters.  Funeral Service will be held  1 PM Wednesday, September 7 at Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. Tom Hoskins, Rev. Bob McGraw and Rev. Max Cooper officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mt.
