Tina L. Futrell, 60, of Boaz, Kentucky, passed away at 9:54 p.m. on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation.
Mrs. Futrell was a member of Gospel Assembly Church and worked in maintenance at Kentucky Oaks Mall.
Mrs. Futrell is survived by her husband of 30 years, Roger A. Futrell; three daughters, Angie Randolph of Brookport, Illinois, Candy Futrell of Metropolis, Illinois and Roxanne Demonbreun of Clarksville, Tennessee; three sons, Roger Futrell II of Melber, Kentucky, Alex Futrell of Paducah, Kentucky and Patrick Futrell of Boaz, Kentucky; nine grandchildren, Dereck Randolph, Summer Randolph, Emilie Futrell, William Futrell, Samuel Futrell, Hudson Demonbreun, Kayden Futrell, Owen Futrell and Avery Futrell; three brother, Darrel Witt of Brookport, Illinois, Robert Witt of Marion, Illinois and Gary Witt of Metropolis, Illinois; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, William Futrell. Her parents were Edwin and Betty Parmley Witt.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Independence Cemetery in Golconda, Illinois with Rev. Jared Baker officiating.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon on Saturday at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
