Timothy S. Cathey

Mr. Timothy S. Cathey, 50, of Hazel, died Friday, December 9, 2016 at his home.  

Mr. Cathey was born on November 21, 1966 in Murray, KY to the late John Cathey and Janice Cook Newton.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda VanHorn Cathey; two daughters, Tiffany Johnson of Ashland City, TN and Tara Chambers of Murray; a twin brother, Charles Cathey of Murray and John Cathey (Paula) of Kirksey; two sisters, Lydia Cathey of New Providence and Amanda Richardson of Murray; six grandchildren, Kylea Johnson, Caden Johnson, Kadie Linn Johnson, Dakota Sterling, Brayden Sterling and Kaleb Fluke and a step-father, Walter Newton of Murray.

Graveside services are set for 11 AM on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at William Billington Cemetery in Murray with Ronnie Burkeen officiating. 

The family will receive visitors on Monday, December 12, 2016 from 5-7 PM at the Heritage Chapel of Imes Funeral Home, 1804 Highway 121 Bypass North, Murray.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the burial fund for Mr. Timothy S. Cathey c/o Murray Bank, 405 S. 12th Street, Murray, KY 42071.
