Mr. Steven Edward Gile, age 56 of Benton, KY, died on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Marshall County Hospital. He was a self-employed carpenter and of the Christian faith.
Surviving are sons, Steven E. Gile II of Murray, KY and Shaun Gile of Calvert City, KY, wife, Beth (Forsythe) Gile of Benton, KY, brothers, Robert Joseph Gile of Benton, KY and Raymond Spencer Gile of Louisville, KY, sisters, Carol Lee Kelly of Las Vegas, NV, Martha Frances "Marti" Howard of Benton, KY, Salene Marie Gile of Benton, KY, Pauline Yvette Shelburn of Benton, KY and Ila Mae Gile of Moline, IL, grandchildren, Bentley Dale Gile of Murray, KY, Madison Ell Gile of Calvert City, KY, aunt, Grace Marie Edwards of Symsonia, KY, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Gile, Janice Carol (Leu) Minard and step-father, Earl Ray Minard, and 1 sister, Bonnie Gile.
A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Faith Baptist Church located at 641 North Benton, KY 42025 with Rev. Bill Amberg officiating.
No public visitation is scheduled for Mr. Gile.
