Mr. Jerry Wayne Hale, 73, of Almo, died Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at Baptist Health of Paducah.
Born on May 25, 1942 in Calloway County, Mr. Hale was a member of the Temple Hill Methodist Church and a mason with the Temple Hill Masonic Lodge. He was retired from the State Road Department.
Mr. Hale was preceded in death by his parents, Lilburn Hale and Nora Jane Hill; one brother, Darrell Hale; and three sisters, Linda Harrell, Dottie Hale and Judy Smith.
He is survived by his wife, Joann Bradley Hale of Almo; a son, William Lee Hale of Mayfield; daughters, Regina Travis of Paducah and Patty Morrison, (Roger) of Aurora; brothers, Stanley Hale (Linda) of Murray; Phil Hale (Debbie) of Almo; Allen Warren Hale of Mayfield; four grandchildren, Charles Travis, Angela Noonan, Melissa Hale and Jo Beth Morrison, and seven great grandchild.
Funeral services are planned for Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Imes Funeral Home and Crematory, downtown Murray. Robert McKinney and Steve Howe will officiate. Burial will follow at the Temple Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors on Friday, July 17, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 PM. Masonic rites will be observed at 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
