Martha Helen Woods, 79, of Paducah, KY passed away at 11:20 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Oakview Nursing Center. She was a native of Grand Rivers, KY. Helen was of Pentecostal faith and a homemaker.
Survivors include one son, David Paul Futrell, Calvert City, KY; one step-son, Donnie Woods, Hickory, KY; step-daughter, Deborah Tanner, Washington, D.C.; several step-grandchildren and step -great grandchildren.
Preceding in death was husband, George Woods, step-daughter, Rosemary Veatch; step-son Ronnie Woods and two sisters.
Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon, Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Dixon Cemetery in Grand Rivers, KY with Rev. Mike Williams officiating. Visitation will be held from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
