Gertrude Sanksen, 90, of Symsonia, passed away Wednesday morning January 21st, 2015 at her daughter’s home. She was a retired secretary for Sunbeam Corporation.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Holman of Symsonia; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Sanksen; her parents, Herman and Bertha Schurch Jaeggi; and one brother.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on February 7th, 2015 at Oaks Church of God of Paducah with Brother Richard Dobbs officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to Oaks Church of God, 4830 Oaks Rd., Paducah, Ky.
