Mr. William Elvis Vick, age 74 of Mayfield, KY passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017, at Mills Manor Health and Rehabilitation in Mayfield, KY.
Born Friday, December 4, 1942 in Arlington, KY, he was the son of the late Elvis Vick and the late Jana Vick. He was the husband of the late Linda Marie Vick.
Surviving are son, Billy Ray Vick of Symsonia, KY, daughter, Sherry Williams of Kaler, KY, brothers, Tommy Vick of Benton, KY, Bobby Vick and cousin James Vick of Arlington, KY; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews; Carrie Williams, Darren Williams, Brian Hayden, Bethany Hayden, Stephen Curd and Sierra Curd also surivive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and his daughter, Dedra Lynn Engel.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday in the chapel of the Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY. Rev. Topper Council officiating.
Interment will follow with military honors in the Haymes Cemetery, Benton, KY.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
