Mona Harp-Denfip, age 78 of Cunningham, passed away on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mona was born in Wickliffe on October 4, 1939 to Dennie and Rosella (Pool) Lawrence. She was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church of Cunningham. She was also the proud owner of “Service Master by Mona Harp”.
She is survived by one son, Dale Harp of Cunningham; one daughter, Brenda Steele and husband, Mike, of La Center; two sisters, Mary Lawrence of Wickliffe and Irene Byassee of Bardwell; one brother, Denny Lawrence of Grand Rivers, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Ethan Steele and wife, Marie, of Cunningham and Jonathan Steele of Murray.
She was preceded in death by her husbands Bob Harp, Bert Denfip; two sisters, Louise Gibson and Ruby Draper and her parents.
Funeral services for Mona will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe with Rev. Bill Mason officiating. Burial will follow at the Lawrence Family Cemetery located at North Ballard Church.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe.
