Mary Nell Nicholas, age 84 of Clinton, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2020 at her home.
Mary was born in Hickman County on November 5, 1935 to the late Wallace Dodge and Muriel Jones Dodge. She was a member of the Obion Baptist Church in Columbus.
She is survived by her son, Gilbert “Peanut” Nicholas and wife, Janet of Clinton; three grandchildren, Stacy Ann Hiltz, Melanie Nicholas Stephens, Danielle Marie Nicholas; three great-grandchildren, Kariya Hiltz, Zeke Nicholas, Andy Nicholas; two nieces, Kim Rust and Regina (Gee) Rice; three nephews, Tim Rice, Kevin Rice and Mark Rice; several great nieces and nephews and several great-great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Mary will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at Zion Cemetery with Rev. Herbert Stephens officiating.
There will be no visitation.
