Dortha McChristian Terry, age 90, passed away at Countryside Healthcare in Bardwell, KY on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.
She was a member of Waldo Baptist Church in Metropolis, IL and worked as night manager at Town & Country grocery in Wickliffe, KY for many years.
She is survived by her daughters, Janet Faye Dennis and husband, John of Metropolis, IL, Cheryl Elaine Williamson and husband, David of Concord, GA; her son, Larry Allen Walker and wife, Patricia of Paducah, KY; nine grandchildren, Denita Dunn, Donnie Bone, Maurica Toon, Lorri Walker, Cory Bone, Clint Bone, Chad Bone, Jason Dennis, and Matthew Williamson; twenty two great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester Elwood Terry; her parents, Robert Andrew and Addie Watson McChristian; daughter, Betty Larraine Walker; four sisters and three brothers.
Services for Ms. Terry will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell. Revs. Trad York and Jack Russell will officiate with burial following in Roselawn cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
