Crim, Dorothy Freeman

Dorothy Mae Freeman Crim, age 77, of Paducah, passed away Friday, June 19, 2018, 5:47 p.m., at her residence.

Dorothy was a member of Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries. She was a graduate of the former Lincoln High School and had been employed with Spiegel’s of Chicago, IL and with the Paducah Housing Authority.

She is survived by two daughters, Seanna Freeman Bradley of Chicago, IL and Juliah Crim-Roberts of Paducah; one son, Pierre Freeman of DeSoto, TX; seven grandchildren; one great-grandson; two brothers, Abraham Freeman, Jr. of Indianapolis, IN and George C Freeman of Rapid City, SD; one sister, Clem Dabney Thomas of Oceanside, CA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius Webster Crim; her parents, Abraham Freeman, Sr. and Minnie Sessom Freeman; one son, Justin Freeman and one brother.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, June 30, 2018, 12:00 O’clock noon at Ninth Street Tabernacle Ministries with Reverend Thaddyeus Thompson and Reverend Alfred Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
