Adrienne Frances Merrill, 86 of Guthrie, KY and a native of Indianapolis IN, died at 3:05 p.m. Saturday, July 18 , 2015 at Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, TN.
She retired from Central State Hospital in Indianapolis, IN as a Psychiatric Attendant Supervisor. She was a member of Word of Faith Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce Killian, Walland, TN and Brenda Carter, Indianapolis, IN; two sons, John McFerrin, Guthrie, TN and Tommy Joe Howard, Elizabethtown, KY; one sister, Iris Arnold, Louisville, KY; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren,
Preceding in death was husband, Myron Dale Merrill; parents; John Adrian Wise & Vena Beatrice Waldridge Wise.
Services will be held Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington, KY with Rev. Earl Pumphrey officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington. Burial will follow at Zion Cemetery in Columbus, KY.
