Katie R. Bowman-Weldy, age 28 and infant son, Parker Boone Weldy, both of West Paducah, Kentucky passed away on Monday, March 23, 2020 at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah.
Katie was born in Peru, Illinois on September 29, 1991 to Gary and Linda Winters Bowman. She loved her family and sons dearly. Katie was an animal lover and enjoyed puzzles, coloring and reading, especially Nora Roberts novels. She was of the Baptist faith.
Katie is survived by her fiancé of 8 years, Dylan Boone Weldy; her son, Bruce Wayne Weldy; her parents Gary and Linda Bowman, all of West Paducah; brother, Brian Bowman of Citrus Heights, California and a step-sister, Andrea Parsons of McKinleyville, California.
Parker is survived by his daddy, Dylan Boone Weldy; his brother, Bruce Wayne Weldy; maternal grandparents, Gary and Linda Bowman; paternal grandparents, Gerald Wayne Weldy and Lorrie Christine French.
