Ruth E. Buddenbaum, age 90 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away Sunday evening at the Massac Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Miller Funeral Home. Rev. David Deem will officiate. Burial will follow in the Metropolis Memorial Gardens.
Ruth farmed in Southern Illinois, worked at the Good Luck Glove Factory for over 15 years, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Metropolis.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Suzi Narayanan and husband Diva of Metropolis, IL; grandsons, Craig Causer and wife Raekeira of Knoxville, TN and David Causer and wife Holly of Clarksville, TN; 5 great grandchildren; sister, June Parker of Metropolis, IL; several nieces and nephews.
Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Anna (Hosfelt) Wieneke; her husband, Gerald Buddenbaum; sister, Reba Wiedeman; brother, Cecil Wieneke.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 10 am to 11 am at the Miller Funeral Home.
