Ruby Katherine Carter, 83, of Mayfield, passed away Wednesday evening, May 11th, 2016 at Mills Health and Rehab Center in Mayfield, Ky.
Ruby was a retired CAN for Mills Health and Rehab, and attended Enon Baptist Church in Graves Co. Ky.
She loved her gardening, and also loved to crochet and quilt.
She is survived by five children, Debbie Willett of Mayfield, James Carter of Fulton, Shirley Speed of Mayfield, David Carter of Mayfield, and Brenda Wyatt of Mayfield; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Jane May Whitt; two children, Wanda Gail Carter, and Jill Allison Carter; two brothers; and two sisters.
