Reba Fern Allbritten, age 87 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away at 1:36 p.m. on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Metropolis Memorial Gardens.
Reba was a member of Highway 45 Church of Christ in Metropolis.
Reba is survived by her son, Curtis Allbritten and wife Gaylene of Franklin, TN; daughter, Cathy Randolph and husband Nick of Metropolis, IL; 4 granddaughters, Carrie Kinsley of Nashville, TN, Jaime Reid of Des Moines, IA, Katie Randolph of Metropolis, IL, Kelley Taylor of Gulfport, MS; 6 great grandchildren, Britten, Beckett, and Phoebe Reid, Caris and Arden Kinsley, Mila Taylor; several nieces and nephews.
Reba was preceded in death by her parents, Harmon Henry and Nora Elizabeth (Horntrop) Hohmann; husband, George B. Allbritten; sister, Mildred Allbritten; brother, Norman Hohmann.
There will not be any visitation. Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.
