Joel E. Foster, 61, of Paducah, passed away April 1st, 2019 at his home.
Joel is survived by Brenda and his children; Sara and Nathan Foster.
A memorial service to honor his life will be on Friday April 5th, 2019, at Broadway Church of Christ in Paducah from 12pm until 2pm with memorial service at 2pm with Dan Owen officiating.
