Frances M. Bremer, age 87 of Metropolis, Illinois passed away at 4:30 pm on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Monday, March 27, 2017 at St. John Lutheran Church. Rev. David Deem will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Frances was retired from IKT Auto Parts and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.
Frances is survived by her sons, Monte Ray Bremer and wife Diane of Metropolis and Mitch Bremer and wife Pam of Metropolis; daughter, Traci Fiorentini and husband Mauri of Metropolis; 6 grandchildren, Matt Bremer, Darren Bremer and wife Jennifer, Jessica Konemann and husband Travis, Lauren Scott and husband Chris, Landon Bremer and wife Kristin, Kayla Smola and husband Dan; 9 great grandchildren, Kellum Bremer, Tillie Bremer, Lane Bremer, Ellie Bremer, Brady Konemann, Halle Konemann, Hunter Konemann, Oliver Scott, and Emmett Scott; 1 great grandchild on the way, Chandler Bremer; brother, Wilson Brenningmeyer and wife Pat of Lockport, IL; several nieces and nephews
Frances was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Alice (Korte) Brenningmeyer; husband, Otis Jesse Bremer; sister, Verna Mae Buldtman and husband Vernon; an infant brother, Raymond Brenningmeyer
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 27, 2017 from 9 am to 11 am at the St. John Lutheran Church.

Music will be provided by Susan Piland.
Pallbearers will be Matt Bremer, Darren Bremer, Travis Konemann, Chris Scott, Landon Bremer, and Dan Smola.
