Daniel Matthew Kickasola

Daniel Matthew Kickasola, 80, of Brookport, IL. passed away at 2:38 PM on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Kickasola was a Farmer, a Veteran of the Army National Guard and of the Christian faith. He is survived by his wife, Lucy Kickasola of Brookport; three daughters, Becky Whitley and husband Dan of Metropolis, Melissa Kickasola and husband Ron of Brookport, Melinda “Hondie” Kickasola Myers and husband Kevin of Metropolis; two sons, Jesse Kickasola and wife Kim of Brookport, Sam Kickasola and wife Kim of Brookport; two sisters, Edith Kickasola of Brookport, Betty Boyd and husband Ricky of West Paducah; seven grandchildren; Cassie Meza, Dustin Kickasola, Zaq Kickasola, Josh Medlin, Sierra LaGore, Jordan Medlin, Luke Pickett; three great grandchildren; Stella K. Meza, Zoe Medlin, Leti Medlin; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Luke Kickasola and Velva Nell (Woods) Kickasola; two grandchildren, Matthew LaGore, Jessica Kickasola; one brother, Joe Kickasola. Private graveside services will be held for the family with Rev. Mickey Brown officiation. There will be no visitation.
