Paducah, KY Morgan Lee Hinkle passed from this life to the next life on Saturday, November 30 at his home in Paducah.  He was born on the 4th of July 1965 to Richard and Alta Mae Hinkle of LaCenter in Ballard County where he spent his early years.  He graduated from Ballard Memorial High School and attended Paducah Community College.
Mo spent his first career as a towboat hand and assistant supervisor for Louisiana Dock Company in Cairo, IL for almost ten Years.  He then spent over twenty-two years with Midwest Terminal in Paducah, KY until his health crisis forced his retirement.

Mo was a quiet and private man who was at heart a naturally gentle and tender soul.  He never asked for anything and was very thoughtful of his friends and family.  However, he was also a man who held strong convictions and high ethical standards and was simply honest and practical about life.  His difficulty in life was trying to understand why others were not as ethical and convicted.  He was very creative and intelligent, and he downplayed several inventions that he could have claimed for fame and fortune.  Mo
was loyal to his family and inner circle of friends.  He will be missed for his dry wit and sense of humor, his brain full of scientific facts and solutions, and his constant curiosity for learning something new.  Mo enjoyed nature and the outdoors, blue rock music, loud and fast cars, guns and sharp knives, and sports.  He absolutely avoided the spotlight and being photographed but was also known to wink from afar at a pretty woman.  He will be especially missed by his siblings.

Mo was preceded in death by his parents.  He leaves behind his brothers and sisters; Allen Hinkle of LaCenter, Brenda (Russ) Ardebili of Murray, Cara Rhoads (Tom MCCloy) of Weston, Florida, Dave Hinkle of Louisville, Ella Jones of Mayfield, and Faith (Mauricio) Polania of Plantation Fl. seventeen nieces and nephews, six great-nephews and nieces and several close cousins and friends.

A time of family and friend visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, from 10:00-12:00 at Morrow Funeral Chapel in LaCenter, KY.  A private family service will follow.
