Elizabeth “Ann” Hedden of Paducah, KY was called to her eternal heavenly home on June 1, 2024. She was 79 years old.
Born on December 14, 1944, in Mayfield, the seventh of ten children raised in Fancy Farm by the late James Otha and Elizabeth Cash, Ann will be remembered for her generous, loving spirit, sense of humor and dedication to her family, church and community.
A loving and devoted mother, Ann is survived by Don Hedden of Paducah, her sisters, Dorothy Youngblood of Mayfield, Martha Pratt of Del City, OK, Sue Cooke of Ocala, FL, and Rita (Terry) Storey of Energy, IL; and brother, Tommy Cash of Fancy Farm.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters Louise Zeh, Jean Harris, Nancy Kramer; and brother, Louis Cash.
After graduating from Fancy Farm High School, Ann attended Draughon's Business College before serving more than two decades and then retiring from the accounting division of West Kentucky Mental Health.
Ann was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in Paducah, where she worshiped and volunteered. Always to greet with a smile or a word of kindness, known to never meet a stranger -- Ann will be missed by all.
