Isaac Lally

October 15, 2002 - September 25, 2026
 
Isaac Lally, 23, of Crestwood, Kentucky returned to his Heavenly Father on September 25th, 2026. 
 
He is survived by his parents, Martin and Stephanie Lally; his sister, Olivia Lightfoot and her husband Chanler; his nieces, Lainey and Banks Lightfoot; his grandparents, Barry and Linda Perkins; his grandmother, Sheree Lally; his childhood best friend, Braden Reigel; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close family friends. 
 
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jim Lally; and great-grandparents, Norman and Edith Hartman; Jesse and Millie Perkins. 
 
Isaac was born on October 15th, 2002, in Louisville, Kentucky. He graduated from South Oldham High School in 2021 and then continued his studies at Hanover College, graduating in 2025 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art & Design.  His passion for Art started in 2007 during his 1st round of cancer treatment. It became a passion for life.  He was also a brother of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. 
 
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."- 2 Timothy 4:7. From a young age, Isaac embodied what it meant to fight. Often inspiring so many around him, he stared diagnoses in the face with boldness; never backing down and defying odds time over time. 
 
Isaac was an artist and creator from a young age. He loved pottery, screen printing, and painting. Prior to graduation, he traveled to Germany for an Art History study abroad. He also loved baking sweet treats and crafting specialty coffees. 
 
The family would like to thank all the caring and compassionate staff at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital over the past year. 
 
Funeral services will be held at 10:30am on Saturday, October 3, 2026, at Ashland Community Church located at 3714 W Highway 146, LaGrange, KY 40031 with the Rev. Casey McCall officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Louisville, KY.
 
Friends may visit the family from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Friday at the church.
 
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hanover College’s Art Department, in memory of Isaac Lally.
