George-Ann Smith

George-Ann Smith, 71, formerly of Livingston County, passed away September 24, 2025.

Mrs. Smith was retired from Middle Tennessee State University. She enjoyed quilting in her early retirement.

She is survived by one daughter, Kara Campbell, her wife, and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Sydney Smith; her mother, Mildred Ruth Jones; and her father, George Charles Fletcher.

A private burial took place at the Thompson Travis Cemetery in Livingston County. The family plans to hold a celebration of George-Ann's life at a later date.
