David Allen Carrico, 70, of Paducah passed away Monday, July 6, 2026, at Baptist Health Paducah.
David was retired from Paducah Power and was former part owner of Langston Electric. He was a member of St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church. He loved collecting with his boys. He was a avid fan of St. Louis Cardinals and Kentucky Wildcats. He was referred to as "Popo" by his grandchildren who were his pride and joy.
Surviving is his wife of 50 years, Robin Carrico; three sons, Adam (Kailin) Carrico, Aaron (Lindsay) Carrico, Shane Carrico; four grandchildren, Wells, Quinn, Collins, and Milo Carrico; one sister, Debbie (Doug) Carrico Bailey; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Otha and Winifred Carrico; one brother, Phillip N. Carrico Sr,
Funeral Mass will be at 11:00am on Friday July 10, 2026 at St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church with Fr. Mike Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Friends may visit the family from 10:00am to Mass hour on Friday at the church.
Friends may visit the family on Thursday July 9, 2026 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Lindsey Funeral Home. Prayers will take place at 7:00pm.
