The Murray Police Department says they learned about some items that had reportedly been taken from a home, and began investigating. They learned that 23-year-old Eric Lipsey of Cordova, Tennessee, had two Xbox One video games and two televisions that matched theft reports from three different homes.
Lipsey was arrested Sunday in Murray and taken to Calloway County Jail. He is charged with three counts of receiving stolen property under $500, and one count of receiving stolen property over $500.
