The Jackson Sun reports Decatur County Chancery Judge C. Creed McGinley said during a hearing Wednesday that he wants "to try this case once and do it correctly."
Brothers Zach and John Dylan Adams and Jason Autry are charged in the death of Holly Bobo, who disappeared from her home in April 2011. They are charged with premeditated murder as well as murder in the perpetration of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape.
A Bobo family spokesman, pastor Don Franks, said the family was disappointed the case likely won't be tried for another year but completely agrees with the judge's desire "to do it one time and do it right."
