WDRB-TV reports Jessica Price also pleaded guilty Friday to tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse. She was originally facing a murder charge, but it was amended down in the plea agreement, which also includes a total of 10 years in prison.
Prosecutors say Price, who worked at the Kohl's store, was 29 when she gave birth to the baby in August 2013 in the bathroom and left the infant in the trash can. Investigators say the baby was born full-term and healthy. Price told police the baby was born dead and that she panicked and hid the body in the trash.
