The groundbreaking app will feature
high-definition on-demand video content from the UK Sports Network
and Kentucky Wildcats TV. Content immediately available includes game
highlights, press conferences, hype videos, special features, and
archived live-stream events from all 22 sports.
The app is the first
individual university athletics app offering 100 percent free content
on Apple TV. It was developed in conjunction with SportsLabs, a
leading sports technology and media company and UK Athletics'
official digital partner. The UK Sports Network is powered by JMI
Sports, the official multi-media rights partner of UK Athletics.
Fans can purchase an Apple TV by visiting their local Apple Store, through an authorized Apple retailer or online at www.apple.com/tv/. Apple TV users can access the free app by opening the App Store on your Apple TV to browse. Search for UK Sports Network and select the app. Then select Get for the app to be added to your Apple TV.
