Authorities in Pulaski County, Kentucky say they have arrested two drunk lawn mower drivers in the same week.

According to Lt. Brett Whitaker of the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, 49-year-old Randy Whitaker was charged with DUI when a deputy saw him driving a lawn mower all over the road near Somerset. Whitaker allegedly told the deputy he had consumed 30 beers. His alcohol level was nearly four times the legal limit.

Whitaker also confirmed that 50-year-old Gary Ard was arrested for allegedly riding his lawn mower in a Hardee's drive-thru lane in Science Hill. Deputies say Ard's alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit.

In Kentucky, it's illegal to operate any motorized vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
