In Kentucky, there is a new winner - for 2 years straight, the top Halloween candy in Kentucky was Tootsie Pops. Now, Swedish Fish have taken over the top spot with sales of over 73,000 pounds of the candy. Still, over 53,000 pounds of lollipops with the Tootsie Roll center were consumed for the #2 spot. Reese’s Cups were #3.
