The agency is participating in the American Association of State Troopers 2019 Best Looking Cruiser Contest. Their entry is a photo of a new Dodge Charger cruiser in front of the state capitol building in Frankfort. The contest winner will be featured on the cover of the association's 2019 wall calendar.
Police say in a statement that residents can support for their favorite cruiser by visiting the contest page on Facebook and liking the photo. Last year's winner had more than 25,000 votes.
All votes must be cast by 5 p.m. on July 25.
